Introduction
Equine First Aid is a comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in emergency response and first aid management for horses. This course combines theoretical understanding of equine physiology, common injuries, and acute conditions with hands-on training in assessment, stabilization, and emergency protocols. Participants will develop the competency to respond effectively to medical emergencies, implement appropriate first aid measures, and coordinate professional veterinary care in critical situations.
Objectives

Methodology
Interactive instructor-led training combining theoretical presentations, equine anatomy demonstrations, practical first aid simulations, and hands-on workshops. Participants practice assessment techniques and emergency response on anatomical models and receive real-world case studies from equine veterinary practice. Assessment includes both theoretical knowledge evaluation and practical competency demonstration.
